What a pleasant and nice hotel with absolutely perfect staff in the service and attitude of the staff! Unbeatable location to the huge Aeroville shopping center where you can find anything you need. Again, walking distance to Eglise Saint-Eloi Church.

The hotel clearly shows signs of neglect!!! Room amenities are lacking, especially with insufficient free water provided. The air conditioning hardly works!!! The carpets are smelly and in dire need of a deep clean!!!

Room and bed were great. Also the staff was friendly and the breakfast rich.
There was no water or slippers in the room. . . When they asked for a bathrobe and slippers, they said it didn't exist here. I couldn't use the swimming pool if I wanted to.

The room I stayed in was clean, quiet, and pretty comfy. I loved that the windows actually opened for fresh air. The furniture felt a bit old, but it didn't really bother me much. The HVAC worked well, keeping it nice and cool. It did the job for my short stay!

Very modern hotel, luxurious in every way, meals were excellent. Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel near CDG airport.

Perfect for a family stay!
We had a really nice suite with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The pool was a hit, even though it was a bit chilly! The location was super convenient for the airport and shopping. Just wish the check-in took a bit less time, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location near cdg with free transfer
Hotel promises free WiFi, but doesn't highlight that service can't be used for watching videos on-line. Not a big problem if you know upfront, but ruined one of our evenings as we spent 2 hours trying to make it work and reception couldn't help. And their e-mail responses basically don't exist. We have received directions via e-mail after we have already checked out of the hotel and my complain regarding wi-fi was never responded to.
